What does the feature do?
Ticket groups allow you to present your tickets in specific groups, for your visitors to see on the front-end of the website.
For Example:
- General (Group)
- Adult (Ticket Type)
- Child (Ticket Type)
- Student (Ticket Type)
- VIP (Group)
- VIP (Ticket Type)
- VIP First Class (Ticket Type
What scenario(s) is the feature used for?
When you have many ticket types for your event, and you need to categorise them for customers to browse easily, 'Ticket Groups' is a good feature to present ticket types clearly.
Getting started with it
You can create ticket groups during the event creation process, and if you want to add or edit ticket groups, click on ‘Manage Tickets’ button on the event management dashboard, and then click on ‘Ticket Groups’ tab to start ticket groups management.
You can simply input a group name and select the tickets that you want to assign to this group.
On the front end when the customers buy tickets, they would see the tickets displayed as shown below:
