What does the feature do?
O-tix provides different ticket designs for your ticket types based on your needs. You can select ticket template, upload ticket design image or add additional information. You are required to create ticket designs for all your ticket types, or the ticket types will not show on the website.

The feature is used for event ticket customisation.
Getting started with it
O-tix provides different ticket designs for your ticket types based on your needs. You are required to create ticket designs for all your ticket types, or the ticket types will not show on the website.
During the event setup process, you can add ticket design directly after all ticket types are created. On the ‘Create Ticket Designs’ page, click on ‘Add New’ button to add a new ticket design.
2.1 Choose your Ticket Template
- Select Ticket Types — o-tix allows you to customise the design of the tickets for your events. You need to select the type of ticket(s) from the drop down list that you wish to apply your design to.
The four ticket templates are:
2.1.1. Basic e Ticket: This ticket design includes no tear off sections for coupons etc.
2.1.2. Tear off e Ticket: This is useful when the ticket includes a voucher such as free drinks coupons.
2.1.3. Elegant Dates e-Ticket: This ticket design emphasizes on the event date that allows customers to view the date and additional information easily.
2.1.4. Conference Badge Ticket: This ticket design displays QR code, attendee name and ticket type on one side, and additional information on the other side. It is especially designed for badge that can be printed out for event attendees.
2.2 Ticket Design
In Ticket Design section, choose the ticket design name. This can be any name you wish to choose for your ticket. Next, choose a front design and upload for your ticket.
2.3 Information on Ticket
In the Information on Ticket section, you can also post additional information on the ticket such as “Open and Close Times” etc. if you like!
If you want to view your tickets before proceeding, press ‘Preview Ticket Design’ and the system will create a zip file containing mock tickets in PDF.
Click on Create Ticket design to finalise your design. You can change the design anytime by clicking on the Edit option.
