Navigating Your Event and Ticketing Page

Our Event and Ticket Purchase pages have been designed to work beautifully across all devices and all platforms. Visitors can discover information about an event, share it with their friends through social media, contact the organiser, and of course, purchase tickets.


Event Page

The Event Page is the webpage that event visitors will see by accessing the URL provided by an event organiser.




Basic Event Information

Event visitors can view the following basic information at the top of the event page:

  • Event Logo
  • Event Name
  • Venue Name
  • Event Address


Buy Ticket and Social Sharing Buttons


  • Visitors can start their ticket purchase process by clicking on ‘BUY TICKET’ button, and they will be directed to ‘Select Ticket’ page.
  • On this page, visitors can also share the event page with their friends on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Extra Event Information

There are four tabs to show some extra information of the event, including:

  • Event Details
  • Ticket Information
  • Getting There
  • Organiser Information

Event organisers can add and edit this information from event dashboard at the backend.

Ticket Purchase Page

By clicking on the ‘BUY TICKET’ button, users can proceed to the ticket purchase screen.

Event Date Filter

All available event dates are displayed here, and customers can filter valid tickets for certain dates by clicking date cards.

Select Currency

Customers can view ticket prices in their home currency

Enter Promo Code

By entering a promo code supplied by event organisers, customers can get discounts or other privileges for their purchase. For more information on promo codes, please click here.

Select Tickets

Customers can view ticket name, ticket description, ticket sales time and ticket price in this section, they can also select the quantity of tickets they want to add into the basket.

Note: If customers select multiple tickets, they can choose which ticket they will be purchasing for themselves or check the ‘I’m not attending’ box to register for others only.



If the event is an ‘Advanced Event Ticketing’ type and event organisers have created and assigned ticket, customers will view options on the ‘Select Ticket Option’ page. Customers can select options for their tickets, alternatively, they can also complete this step at a later date through their O-tix account.



Based on the registration requirement of the event, customers are required to either register for each individual ticket or register at least one ticket in each transaction. After completing registration, click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to pay for tickets.



On the payment page, customers can change their billing details, and change them if they have entered wrong information.

By clicking on the payment method they would like to use, customers can pay for their tickets by entering their credit card or Paypal details.


After paying successfully, customers are directed to ‘Done’ page, where they can access their O-tix account to view their events, send tickets to friends, add tickets to Passbook on an iOS device, share their purchase experience on social media and go back to buy more tickets.
