O-tix allows event organisers selecting ticket design template and customise the content of the design.
You can simply add new design when creating a new event after adding ticket types. Additionally, you can click on 'Edit Ticket Design' button under the 'Design' table in the Toolbox after publishing your events.
1. Choose your Ticket Template
- Select Ticket Types – o-tix allows you to customise the design of the tickets for your events. You need to select the type of ticket(s) from the drop down list that you wish to apply your design to.
The four ticket templates are:
1.1. Basic e-Ticket: This ticket design includes no tear off sections for coupons etc.
1.2. Tear off e-Ticket: This is useful when the ticket includes a voucher such as free drinks coupons.
1.3. Elegant Dates e-Ticket: This ticket design emphasises on the event date that allows customers to view the date and additional information easily.
1.4. Conference Badge Ticket: This ticket design displays QR code, attendee name and ticket type on one side, and additional information on the other side. It is especially designed for badges that can be printed out for event attendees.
2. Ticket Design
In Ticket Design section, choose the ticket design name. This can be any name you wish to choose for your ticket. Next, choose a front design and upload for your ticket.
3. Information on Ticket
In the Information on Ticket section, you can also post additional information on the ticket such as “Open and Close Times” etc. if you like!
If you want to view your tickets before proceeding, press ‘Preview Ticket Design’ and the system will create a zip file containing mock tickets in PDF.
Click on Create Ticket design to finalise your design. You can change the design anytime by clicking on the Edit option.
NOTE: Each ticket type must be assigned to a ticket design.
