How to use O-tix Capture on-site at your event

Note: O-tix Capture is a data capture app for vendors, exhibitors or other similar businesses at an event. If you do not have a Capture account with O-tix yet, please contact our team on (+613) 9988 1420 or support@o-tix.com and we’ll get you set up.

Device Requirements (for compatibility with O-tix Capture):
  • iOS version 8.0 or higher (on both iPhones and iPads)
  • 500MB of free disk space

USING THE APP

ACCESSING YOUR LEADS 

VIEW YOUR LEADS OR EXPORT TO YOUR EMAIL




To visit this admin screen, go to your form screensaver, press ‘Admin’ at the top right, and then press ‘Admin Settings’.  To view your leads, press ‘View Entries’. You can also click on each lead and edit their details if required.

To export your leads to your account email, press ‘Export Entries’. You may also log back into your O-tix account and download your leads from your computer.

Important Note: Always check that all device leads have synced with the server before clearing the app cache or uninstalling the app from the device. O-tix is not responsible for data loss resulting from a wiped app cache, or from an uninstall. To sync your leads, simply connect to the internet (Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G), visit the above admin page, and press sync. If the 'Last sync with server' time updates, then your leads have successfully synced with the server.
