LOG IN WITH YOUR O-TIX ACCOUNT
Your user account is the same account that you use to login and view your captured leads in O-tix.
SELECT YOUR EVENT AND ACTIVATE YOUR FORM
After logging in you will see a list of all events in which you are participating in. Simply tap on the event for which you want to capture attendees’ data, and click “Activate Form” to load the form.
SCANNING AND CAPTURING DATA
Tap the screen to scan the ticket QR codes, aim the device camera at the QR code, wait for it to recognise the QR code, then customers will be prompted to fill out the form.
VIEW AND EXPORT ENTRIES
Click “Admin” in the menu to visit the admin page.
The page displays the name of the event, the total number of entries captured under this account.
Click “View entries” to browse the list of entries. The list includes the ticket code, attendee’s name and their email address.
DOWNLOADING YOUR LEADS
You may also log back into your O-tix account and download your leads from your computer.
Important Note: Always check that all device leads have synced with the server before clearing the app cache or uninstalling the app from the device. O-tix is not responsible for data loss resulting from a wiped app cache, or from an uninstall. To sync your leads, simply connect to the internet (Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G), visit the admin page, and press 'Sync Now'. If the 'Last sync with server' time updates, then your leads have successfully synced with the server.
